What  is Vital Kelp used for:

Kelp is a natural source of minerals, antioxidants, trace elements, and in particular, iodine. Iodine is essential for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism. A deficiency in iodine can result in an underactive thyroid, characterised by weight gain, as well as physical and mental lethargy.

Pharmacological Action:

• Provides iodine for thyroid gland support.
• May help to increase sluggish metabolism.
• May assist in weight loss support, as well as fighting fatigue.

How to use Vital Kelp tablets:

Avoid if you have an allergy to iodine, fish, crustaceans or sulphur dioxide.
